I have a lot of stuff in my brain that I’m trying to work through. This is the space where I’m going to do most of that.
I’ll be writing about mental health (I’m not fully comfortable with the term mental illness). Anxiety: check. Depression: check. Attention deficit disorder: check.
I’m also going to talk about physical health. I like to run. I do kenpo. Those things help my brain stay balanced.
And I’m vegan. I’ll be writing about stuff related to that.
